Hung With Care Returns to the Big Gay Hudson valley for the 2024 Holiday season on November 29, 30 and December 1, 2024. If you’d like to be considered for the show we’re hosting auditions for Stage Hunks and Burlesque Performers this July.

Stage Hunks
Our on-stage assistants literally set the stage for the show. You’ve got to have both brawn and a great personality to flirt with the audience during the performance. Stage Hunks also need to be comfortable flirting with all genders. During your duties, you’ll be asked to set-up for each act, pick-up burlesque droppings after each performance and other duties as requested by the cast and producer. During the pre-show you’ll asked to play ‘Santa’ duties and take photos with attendees.
For the auditions Stage Hunks will be asked to undress down to a pair of underwear. Be sure to wear something that shows off your best assets.
If you’re as aspiring performer, and you’ve got an additional talent, please tell us about it. We might find a spot to let you shine during the show.
Burlesque Performers
The cast of Hung With Care are each asked to prepare two performances that embrace the spirit of the holidays. We typically ask for one classic holiday performance to a song know widely, and one that can be more funny/cheeky/sexy that includes some holiday themes.
For your audition, we ask that you please present a performance between 3 and 4 minutes – that includes the spirit of your tease. Note: full nudity is not the goal – burlesque is all about the tease. Please be prepared to undress on stage as part of your audition.
All performers will be compensated if cast in the 2024 production of Hung With Care. Rates will be negotiated individually with each performer.
